Live is a coaching service. The product only works if we know something about you. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we won’t do with it.
When you sign up, Live collects your name, email address, and the answers you give in the onboarding assessment — your training history, goals, available equipment, schedule, and any injuries you choose to share. If you book a call, we may also collect a phone number or messaging handle so the coach can reach you.
When you train, we store the workouts you log, the days you complete, and your re-assessment numbers so your next program can build on the last.
Personalisation. Everything Yusuf Al-Gendy writes is based on what you tell us. Without your assessment data, there is no programme.
Coaching review. Coach Yusuf reads your assessment before approving your programme. Your data does not leave that workflow.
Service operation. Email and account identifiers are used to log you in and send the small number of transactional emails the service relies on (programme ready, subscription expiring, etc.).
Coach Yusuf and the small operations team that helps him run Live. No one else.
We use Supabase for auth and database hosting and Vercel for application hosting. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own data-processing agreements.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks.
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your assessment data, workout logs, and personal information within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain billing records.
Aggregated, fully anonymised data may be retained to improve programme design.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to the WhatsApp number at the bottom of this page and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are in a jurisdiction with formal data-protection law (EU, UK, California, etc.), the rights granted by that law apply to you as well.
We use the minimum cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we'll surface the change in-app before it takes effect.
